We have started delivering our first services in March 2022, as a brand-new, modern business services center. Business Services Center in Wrocław is a part of the GBS Center Network with other GBS Centers in Ingelheim, Buenos Aires and Manila. Reliable services are provided globally, ensuring efficiency, data quality and compliance across the organization.

Our teams

Hire-to-Retire Services

The department is responsible for Recruitment Services, Employee Administration, Payroll and Time Management and Learning Services. It also provides first-level support for all operational HR topics in response to business needs, adapting them to a changing world.

Accounting-to-Reporting Services

Provides services and expertise in financial and income statement preparation, tax and cash management. The Team comprises General Accounting, Asset Accounting, Product Costing & Inventory Accounting, Cost & Profitability Accounting, Tax and Operative Treasury.

Legal & Compliance Services

The Team supports internal business partners in various areas of expertise and provides advice on legal questions related to standard contracts. It takes care of conducting end-to-end investigations of confidential and sensitive non-compliance incidents, supports management of the global trademark's portfolio, plus EU-wide support for Data Protection-related tasks and running of global third-party risk management.

Source-to-Pay Services

The department provides Procurement, Accounts Payable and Travel & Reimbursement services and expertise. As well, the team gives first-level support for Boehringer Ingelheim suppliers and Business Partners and delivers end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes.

Forecast-to-Cash Services

Provides services and expertise in the area of sales order process and customer-related activities to ensure that Boehringer Ingelheim products are delivered in time to our customers, billed and invoiced. The Team comprises Order Management, Credit Management, Accounts Receivable and Supply Chain Management.

The team consists of process experts who are highly specialized in process enablement (build, design and deploy) activities. The Team performs process and system related change and validation management activities in close collaboration with global process management and governance enabling solutions organizations.
